Depends on when this takes effect. If people stop suffering, like, a year or two after you die normally, absolutely. If you die as soon as you press it, that changes things.

It doesn't say I'll die after hitting the button, so I assume I'll just die when I would normally have died anyway. There's no downside, I'd just be helping the future with no consequence to my own life at all.
