Well, considering that portals from the portal gun can only appear on surfaces that contain moon rock, this is next to useless. Though, it would be pretty cool at Comic Cons and such.

The Portal gun from the game is the size of an assault rifle. You could just as well set it down by your foot or have a back harness for when you need your hands. Also, it can be laid next to you while you sleep. Not enough of a down side.
