That sounds like a really good deal. So basically, you get to choose when to vomit for money and it won't have negative health effects. There is literally no down side except "have to vomit". Also, who is this weirdo paying you for that...I'd be...concerned.

it doesnt say the food you throw up doesnt re-appear so your body could still suffer from a lack of nutrients this was my thought but i doubt this is why everyone else said no

Well, if you don't press the button, you just don't have the option, which is stupid as hell. Press the button, and when the days are looking down, you have it at least as a backup.
