I"d rather not have a 1 in 20 chance of getting every kind of cancer. I think that even if cancer isn't necessarily a death sentence, having every single kind at one would probably kill you.

"With each use, there is a 5% chance you get every kind of cancer" It doesn't say that you have to be the one to use it. Someone else uses it, you"re still the one at risk of lots of cancer.

You will have a teleport ability when you want to teleport, but you don't need to teleport, it"s just nice to have the ability to when you want.
