so if I find someone at an accident. I can use any unnecessary blood (dead people, or excess blood that's bleeding out from a survivor) to save lives. in general if you don't use it for bad things, there is no downside to this power..

blood is made of cells cells reproduce regularly therefore, as long as you use it in moderation there is no downside. not to mention, why wouldn't you press the button? you could just not teleport but have the option
