It's not lose the ability to talk, it's lose the ability to COMMUNICATE. That means no sign language, no writing it out, no speaking a different language. It says you gain the ability to learn anything, but it might not include learning how to communicate again.

Does that mean losing all means of communicating? So like, is it just to the point where I'm unable to speak, but I can still text or write stuff down on a piece of paper or is everything unavailable. My answer would honestly differ between the two.
