It can be used whenever you want so it"s just a matter of WHEN you use it. If you use this at say 1pm it will where off at 4am.

I need this, I can't speak my first language, Chinese, and I'll gladly be able to speak it fluently during class then unable to speak it again until the next day, it would he so damn useful! Anyone with language disabilities would know how I'm feeling.
