Depends how powerful the telekinesis is, if it is just moving small objects, no, but if I have pretty much limitless power with telekinesis, I would press it. I can use the telekinesis on myself, without breaking a sweat.

You can move the rest of your body as you like with telekinesis. It's just going to take awhile to get it to be instinctive.
