It may arrive at their house, but the first part suggests that your neighbor won't know it's at their house. So you could just walk up to their porch and pick up the box because they never noticed it.

I already have infinite wishes and no downsides thanks to a button with a lot of loopholes (20 wishes with no limits) so I didn't need to press it.
