It may arrive at their house, but the first part suggests that your neighbor won't know it's at their house. So you could just walk up to their porch and pick up the box because they never noticed it.

ask for it back... if it has my name on it, they'll know it's mine. plus it doesn't say which neighbor.. i'd use it on video games/special discount cards for video games.. all of my neighbors are adults. or 20+ y/o i think so they'd won't want that. :3
