I'd use it to provide morphine, ibuprofen, and penicillin to people. All are still drugs, but all have beneficial effects, rather than the detrimental effects of other drugs.

This includes all kinds of drugs. So not just the bad drugs. It also includes stuff like Aspirin, Penicilin and Antibiotics, meaning you could just give these to the ppl who need them for free getting rid of the corrupt scumbags of pharma-companies...

I'd share a drug that is basically a vaccine for every disease/problem ever. Runny noses, headaches, cancer, ebola, aging, etc. Expand your rules people.
