When you feel the need to blink just shut your eyes for a longer period than blinking is considered to be therefore you did not bkink and no picture is taken

Whenever you blink you take an image of what you can see just before. You can then access these pictures mentally, with a computer-like interface.. but This happens every time you blink; photos cannot be deleted or orders/filed.
