do you have it? you sound like you do. pain is suffering, like mental "pain" but you feel it in your body. while anyone that has chronic pain probably has wondered "what if i just stopped feeling pain" they will find life MUCH harder.

The key word is 'can't' , meaning there is no compensatory actions available to determine physical health , even the pressure of an abscessed tooth will be unavailable to signal a need to see a dentist. Remove the 'cant' and I would consider pressing the button.
