The downside kinda cancels out the positive. There is still disease (you have it), I'm sure hatred and loathing full under "etc.", which again, means it still exists...

every disease is instantaneous before even 1/20th of them hit you. you would probably explode and bio mutate everything in a 100 ft radius. you'd decay alive in seconds.
