When no one is looking I TURN invisible but I STAY invisible for as long as I want. Besides turning invisible when someone looking is pretty dumb anyways

You can only TURN invisible when nobody is observing you. It says nothing about staying invisible.

It says you can only TURN invisible when noone is looking, therefore you can TURN invisible, and then walk infront of people, and they won't be able to see you.
