I will look at the future a tiny bit in the future (mirroring the delay it takes for electrical signals from the eye to get to the brain and the immediate areas around me thus being able to see normally

But then you can just see where you're going with a slight delay. The human brain is remarkable and could easily adjust to the delay. Also, you can SEE THE FRICKIN FUTURE
