I could transfuse blood to someone who then will transfuse blood to patients... Then, i can transfuse blood to 10 people who then will take my place! They can also donate to 10 people each... And so on.

Use existing technology to utilize bacteria or cancer cells to replicate your blood cells or bloodstream composition, that way you don't need the transfusions on your end.

There already is a cure for cancer that a high schools student discovered. The thing is that finding a cure for cancer permanently would bring down a whole lot of the medical world because cancer is such a large concern.
