Considering this is in dollars the transfer rate in pounds would be about 4 or 5 pounds something & national minimum wage here is £7.50 for over 25 year olds so screw this.

I would work the job I have now for 30 hours a week, and my dream job for 25. I'd make roughly the same amount of money, and only be giving up 15 hours a week to work my dream job as well. Sounds like a great life.
