You can use it like telepathy, a conversation without any other (not a mind reader) can hear. But, even if you don't want, another mind reader can read your thoughts, even the most top secret ones and you can do nothing for it.

Wouldnt wanna attack peoples personal lives, also if i was to push it all benefit i could get from it i would assume to be "getting to know someone more directly" just do your best to not think or they'll know what you'd be doing and they may remove you from their life
