well, since people think about what they're going to say and you can read minds..you can just 'hear'/read what they're going to say. Problem solved, and as far as this appears to seem, you can control it being switched on and off. Beautiful dilemma.

Get rich using this, and then pay someone who knows your ability (tell him/her) to focus on the sounds around you so you would compensate for that. And become the greatest and most fair detective, because you know who is guilty and for what. Also, be smart about it, not let anyone find out.

I have misophonia. If I want to experience music or watch movies, I'll watch them with someone and read their mind. Being deaf means I'll never have to experience my misophonia again.
