The people saying "Angel Beats" is a dumb option are dumb. As long as you die as a high-school student, you follow the MC"s lead, and can be reborn. Thus, do that several times and you'll never die per se. Even if the dead do come to pass, they can just repeat the cycle.

The real question is, does RWBY count as an Anime? I say yes, and no depending on what you mean by anime. If you mean a Japanese cartoon, no dice. If you mean that type of show-writing and character design, then HECK YES
