Lol, no one would say "hey" to a person who is jumping 10 ft high. Plus, no one jumps rotating forward. If you do, you need to learn how to jump.

loop hole instead of walking/running do small jumps forward. then you have increased speed and mobility with your normal reaction time

one of the things that makes running different from walking (apart from the obvious of course) is that when you run there is always a moment between each footstep where you are airbourne, so as long as you run everywhere your reflexes won't get slowed own ;)
