Wish that you can wish for multiple wishes, then use those multiple wishes to wish that you can wish that your loved one doesn't die, then wish that they don't die. Or after they die use the newly acquired multiple wishes to wish them back to life.

Wish for a Second wish. E.e. not multiple wishes. Then wish for multiple wishes since those rules only apply to the first wish. Then cure your most loved from cancer and do whatever u want.
