Well, if you know everything, you could circumvent the not communicating by finding a way around it.

But you can't communicate in ANY way. That"s the rule. No matter what you know, you can tell communicate with anyone. There isn't a loophole here. If you find a supposed one, it"d still be A from of communication making it null and void
