This is a really easy choice, most games are really hard to 100% anyways so unless you are really obsessed with a game this would only very affect the very rare game with absolutely no collectibles or unlockables or extra content

This seem to only apply to games with a campaign or singleplayer story of some sort. For example, how do you finish 99% of a first person shooter multiplayer game since there"s no story at all nor an end? It"s the same thing over and over again.

I'd say no cause i am a completist and cause now i don't accept any game that don't grant the freedom in movement that is granted by AC Origins and Odyssey (and also the freedom in the exploration of the map, from NG+ tought).
