Holdup. If you stop time in the whole universe, then all atoms, molecules, light... Also stops moving, meaning you wouldn't be able to move. Also, nobody could unstop the watch making the whole universe frozen for the rest of the time.

Based on docent instantly mean the same amount of time. it could be the amount of time you went back or forward or stopped time for divided by the square root of 1000000
