buy a house that has one-story above ground and is accessible for my grandma and have a huge basement (like 3 floors worth of basement) with an external entrance for when I don't want to bother my grandma. Also, she needs a good place to call home as her living alone is a scary thought.

My grandparent's are all dead, they didn't have a basement even when they were alive (no one in NZ has one), and I don't want to be a DJ.
