it changes ur geeender tho, not ur sex, so ud just become cis (assuming opposite refers to the arbitrary gender binary and u are trans ftm/mtf (even tho ""opposite"" doesnt make sense for gender anyway bc the binary isnt real beyond what society treats it as :3))

Nah. As annoying as it to have periods and useless chest weights, havin" a dangler doesn't sound fun either. And my dog kicks me between the legs a lot, so that would be much more painful as a male.
