Never listed the altitude. It could be from 1mm above your head (in which case, it"d just be annoying) or from several meters above (in which case, be in a car), if it'll always be just above you, so no obstacles work, then just hide in a tight/small space so there"s no space above your head.

Yeah, that would destroy you, and any building you are in. a penny weighs about a gram so that would be 100 million kilograms. or about 40 million pounds. A roof isn't going to help.
