How would you know you were going to die? And if you did, you would be re-writing your timeline, therefore causing you to feel all the pain on that day instead. If you killed yourself a day before that, the pain would move a day back again. No escaping.

Not feeling pain is super dangerous actually, it’s a rare condition that some people get, but pain is the body saying that something’s wrong so their lives are pretty dangerous and they’re more likely to die early. So there’s no upside really.

Pain is a self defense mechanism. Like it or not, it helps you avoid causing extreme damage to the body, so I think I will hold onto it.

But this would put you out cold immediately. You would just feel immense pain for like 1-2 seconds and you would be unconscious.

If the pain is extremely great, you would most likely pass out from it in the first place when it comes... however, you wouldn't notice things like cancer or getting run over and bleeding out, so that would reduce your lifetime overall... hm
