Loophole: your first miracle is food to all the poor, because if no one is hungry than no one dies because there isn't a poor HUNGRY child. Also don't make this money because that would cause inflation making everyone poor.

So, one hungry child dies as you make all the food that humanity will ever need appear, another to make a distribution system... and then that's it. There are no more hungry children so the second part would no longer take effect.
