If it can evolve by itself then it should in theory be able to rewrite the code in Windows ME to correct it"s issues as well as upgrade it to be compatible with any OS hardware and software that came before and after it. Sort of negates the downside.

Well, I liked Windows ME. was a piece of crap, but I always made it work. :/c kinda like a disfunctional relationship that -somehow- goes ok.
