Downside? I'm not that lazy, I'm willing to walk a couple of feet to watch any show I want, I'd also buy some sort of recording device like tivo if I had every channel for free, then all my favorite shows would be on the same channel.

If you miss an episode you could also go to the shows website and put in the code thing for your tv, so you practically get to watch any show ever for free.

I might as well press the button, but I'll probably still watch TV online. What I dislike are TVs that make it difficult to turn the channel without a remote. Now if it had been "have every channel" but have to give up YouTube I'd have to pass.
