Youre the first one ive seen to grasp it from that perspective. I cant really picture it tho. I can see how you can keep turning someone back to their youth. But not realy how you stop them from aging. Unless everything is in a frozen moment.

This is one of the first dilemmas that view Immortality as a bad thing, Immortality is something that is a dilemma in itself, good and bad, at least from certain views, and being immortal (IMO) Isn't bad, if you can control time at least.
