I don't have a worst enemy. My only enemy was back in elementary school. I slapped her, and now she doesn't mess with me. Well, there was this guy in middle school... But I pounded him, and he doesn't mess with me either. So yeah, I have no enemies.

Um, I may be wrong, but I think it means your worst enemy gets to wish their own wish. You can't make the wish for them. Idk that's what I thought at first.

Don't fool yourself. Your worst enemy is yourself. Always. But, even if that were not the case, just use the first wish to make your enemy a better person. Technically, I would be giving my first wish to my worst enemy.
