what size is the black hole, it never specified because if its a teeny tiiiny black hole then its gonna evaporate fast but it will explode and create a blast stronger than hundreds of atomic bombs

Black holes happen all the time. They are too far away for us to worry about, and would only be noticed when a supernova happens. There are a LOT of stars in our galaxy.
