You wouldn't need to work, because you can just steal anything you could possibly want. Yeah, you might not be able to EARN anything, but you don't need to, you can literally do whatever the fuck you want. This is a real easy one.

You"d pretty much be in limbo. If you can't be rewarded, you cannot reward yourself. Therefore you"d be stick doing things that... aren't rewarding.
