I didn't press the button cause if I just cured cancer, then how did I get "uncurable" terminal cancer? my more resistant, incurable cancer would spread again anyway and it"s not curable this time. if I would have gotten some other severe, life threatening disease, I would have taken it

I didnt press because cancer is one of the few natural causes which prevents us humans to overpopulate and to ruin (even more) the earth, nature and other species. Making cancer a inferior factor to us will make humans almost immune. Remember we are animals too, no gods !

Technically, cancer can be cured, but not prevented a second time currently. What creates it is cell division gone wrong, a natural part of life. You could still get it after it's cured, and maybe you catch a terminal one so bad that it can't be cured in time.
