This was a toughy for me, considering I am in constant pain. How I looked at it is, pain is the way your body tells you something is wrong. If you have no pain with something, then there is a chance that you will die of something that you could have won if you knew.

Never experiencing pain is a horrendous fate. You'll unintentionally injure yourself constantly, as pain only exists to tell you something is wrong. There are real people who suffer from this condition, and I would NOT want to be in their shoes. Fuehfehfehfeh.
