It never says j have to fly on a regular basis or anything. If I'm getting mugged I can just take off my clothes and flee. (It says naked but doesn't say I can't hold anything or cover myself without actually wearing the clothes.)

So what happens if your not in a populated area? Do you lose the ability to fly? Because if that"s so then it would lose it"s only use and that is to use it in emergencies, like getting kidnapped or lost.

When it says flying nude it does have a loophole. You can just wear clothing by a brand called nude that you made yourself and is very warm or just wear clothing called nude
