Ive heard working at tesla is horrible, your boss is someone who litterally learned rocket science in a month by reading only. Meaning there is no security, Elon could literally come down and do your job, and he would be better than you You get good pay and benifits, but you are worked to the bone

At least in california, which is where i live, there is no set retirement age, so just save a lot of money, and retire relatively early
