you can only travel 30 minutes in one go, so travel back 30 minutes, then travel back 30 minutes, then travel back 30 minutes etc. until you reach the time you want.

If something happends bad after something a few minutes ago, BAM! Better than ever! I could just repeatingly do it so I could travel back more than 30 minutes. Then I kill myself so my soul transfers to the past me.
