1kg is about 5000 carat weight. So even if you did not want to kill someone, you could create quite a large number of diamonds (or any other rare, precious element even) and sell them and be set for life with smart investing.

Create a device 99.99% of a kilogram in mass that can do anything that this button allows you to do, without the restriction. Or, do the same thing, but make the function of the device to instantly counteract the restriction whenever it occurs, if not just deleting the restriction completely.
