The stipulations don't say you can't intervene somehow and prevent (or rather, delay) the death. And if that catch is in effect... at least you've got fair warning. Either way you'll rake up on celebrity dead pools.

If i could say things like, Someone in this room will die in [Insert date here] then i would do stuff like that. if i couldn't, then i would put a note somewhere saying that they would die and tell someone else to tell them to look in the trash for it.
