Will You Press The Button?

You will get immortal as long as you want. As soon as you want to die you will (after 24 hours so if you still want to be immortal you can become it again). You also regenerate from all injury within seconds.

but

People don't understand you and once a week you will be operated, cut open and organs taken out with you feeling all the pain. Not going to this operation once a week will cause you to die.

My only concern is the pain part. Can I be shit face drunk when the cut my open? So I don’t remember it? Because I actually believe you have a responsibility to do stuff like that if you have that kind of power. I think giving blood is a reasonable compromise.
