Clearly the people who did not press this button have no infinite wisdom or knowledge. You can use your infinite wisdom and knowledge to find a loophole around the downside and then communicate.

This contradicts with itself; I have infinite wisdom, so I should still be able to communicate in some form, but I also don't because...well...the button.
