But I found the cure for cancer I could cure myself it doesnt say I couldnt cure myself I could still go down in history then as the last person to get it plus it doesnt say you died at all it just says u go down in history

Note that it never says you will die from it. It just says you will contract it. And I know it says terminal, but you can use your cure to fix that little snafu.
