Immortality should be the con here. Immortality sucks. You have to watch everyone you love die, and if that"s not enough for you sadists, think of this. The world will one day be engulfed by the sun and all that"s left will be a void. You will still live through it.

Presumably I'd find some exception to the immortality part, so as to only be in emotional agony for a finite stretch of time. Everyone else is happy, and I leave an unforgettable mark on the world. Worth it.
