utopia literally means "no place" it is not designed to exist. If there was a utopia, we would imagine something more perfect. Sorry - utopia is impossible no matter how you spin it

Technically speaking, Qui Gon (I don’t know how to spell his name) was correct about Anakin bringing balance to the force. The Jedi believed that it meant that Anakin would kill the Sith. In other words, yeah, basically the plot from episodes 3 to 6.
