well hmm i could replay undertale forgetting all the spoilers and actually enjoy the game without people screaming at me to not kill a monster then explain everything then re-enjoy the entire game? HELL YEAH

That"s not really a downside, more like a necessary consequence. If I remember how I enjoyed a story for the first time, the story might not reach my expectations when re-experienced

I already have reread my favourite books multiple times (Think I am over 10 rereads on name of the wind now) So I forget the story but know I read it a bunch of times and loved it. I would just think my 2nd reading was my first one.
